β€œIn a time of deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.”
George Orwell

With the metaphorical dismemberment of parliament, Canadian voices of concern and pain were disallowed.

Degraded and demoralized, a spark emerged during the winter of 2022 and saw a convergence of unity, love, and support initiated by Canadian Truckers.

The convoy swept the nation and the world with a sense of renewed hope

A Historical Decision

Police in Ottawa, Freedom Convoy

The truckers who risked everything were demonized, condemned, assaulted,

and vilified…

are still at risk.

Please consider honouring their selfless efforts with your support.

Our Goal:

The goal is to provide up to date information and raise sufficient funds to support Harold Jonker's legal fees and assist other truckers struggling with similar legal challenges over their participation in the Canadian Convoy and help the efforts of JCCF (Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms) in their work supporting rights and freedoms.

Trucker's Legal Support is an initiative to aid Harold Jonker who is facing legal challenges for his efforts in bringing awareness to mandates suppressing Charter rights in Canada.  The goal is to raise enough funds to support Harold, assist other truckers struggling with similar legal challenges over their participation in the Canadian Convoy and help the efforts of JCCF (Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms) in their work supporting rights and freedoms.

Some participants of the Freedom Convoy are being collectively sued for $290 million. The four plaintiffs are: a waiter in a restaurant (he doesn't live downtown, but worked in a downtown restaurant), the owner of a restaurant, a 21 year old government worker who lives within 5 blocks of Parliament Hill, and an owner of a chain of coffee kiosks. They are suing the defendants for: $60 million for pain and suffering and psychological distress, $70 million for business losses, $150 million for loss of wages, and$10 million in punitive damages.

The irony is they are suing for loss of business even though restaurants and coffee shops that stayed open had brisk business. The funds donated will be distributed to Truckers and Organizers of The Freedom Convoy who need financial support for their legal costs.

β€œTo the truckers who drove across Canada, to stand up for all of us, to defend all our rights, I have never felt so much gratitude or pride for perfect strangers. You are electrifying this moment in history, and you are awakening a passion and a love for our country that we thought we had lost. You are the leaders all of Canada has been waiting for.”
